1. Pump mounting position of the mounting points of the pump should meet the vacuum suction on the height requirements of the foundation must be level, stable, be consistent with the direction of rotation at the pump power machine. Pump suction pipe must be well sealed, and to minimize the elbow and gate valve, filling the water should be drained when running, the tube should not accumulate during operation of the air pipe, requiring suction pipe was slightly inclined and pump inlet connection, the inlet should have a Submerged Depth. 2. Common Fault Analysis and Treatment of Pumps
Different types of pumps, the failure of the performance of different forms, but summed up, there are several common characteristics.
(1) the cause of insufficient flow rate: the impact of insufficient pump flow is the suction pipe leaks, the bottom valve leaks; inlet blockage; bottom valve into the water depth is not enough; pump speed is too low; seal ring or impeller wear too large; Wait. Vortex pump treatment methods: Check the suction pipe and the bottom valve, block the leakage source; clean the inlet of the sludge or plugging; bottom valve into the water depth must be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe to increase the depth of the bottom valve into the water; Check the power supply voltage, increase the pump speed, replace the seal ring or impeller; reduce the installation location of the pump, or replace the high-lift pump.
(2) Excessive power consumption Cause: The pump speed is too high; the pump spindle bending or pump spindle and motor spindle is not concentric or not parallel; selection of pump head is not appropriate; pump inhalation of sediment or plug; motor ball bearings damaged .
Processing Method: check circuit voltage, reducing the pump speed; correct or adjust the relative position of the pump shaft and the pump motor; appropriate choice of the pump head; clean sediment, or the blocking material; replacement of motor ball bearings . Clear water pump.
(3) The pump vibrates violently or causes noise: The pump is not installed firmly or the pump is installed too high. The motor ball bearing is damaged. The pump spindle is bent or not concentric with the motor's spindle, not parallel.
Treatment: install a steady pump or reduce the installation height of the pump; replace the motor ball bearings; correct the bending of the pump shaft or adjust the relative position of the pump and the motor.
(4) Drive shaft or motor bearing overheating causes: the lack of oil or bearing rupture.
Approach: add oil or replace the bearing.
(5) The pump does not produce water causes: the pump body and suction pipe did not fill the diversion; moving water level lower than the pump drainage pipe; suction pipe rupture.
Approach: Exclude the end of the valve failure, filled with diversion; reduce the pump installation location, so that the filter under the water level, or wait for the water level up the filter pipe and then pumping; repair or replace the suction pipe.
