Installation order:
1. The unit is placed on the foundation buried bolt, between the base and the base, with a pair of wedge pad for calibration purposes.
2. Loosen the large couplings, respectively, with the spirit level on the pump shaft and the base, by adjusting the wedge pad, the unit level correction, appropriate tighten the anchor bolts to prevent ambulation.
3. To adjust the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft, allow the deviation of 0.1 mm on the outer circle of the coupling road; the gap between the two coupling planes should be 2 to 4 mm, and the gap should be uniform, Tolerance of 0.3 mm.
4. After connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of rotation of the motor, connect the coupling again and check the concentric rings of the shaft again.
5. In the actual test run 2 to 3 hours after the unit for the final inspection, if no adverse phenomena, then that the installation of qualified. Check the temperature and vibration of the bearing during commissioning as follows:
