New ambulance for Summit

Congratulations to Chief Wayne Hanson and the Village of Summit IL Fire Department on the arrival of their brand-new 2018 Wheeled Coach F550 Type 1 ambulance! This state-of-the-art vehicle is equipped with high-performance Whelen M series warning lights, energy-efficient interior LEDs, and a Stryker Power Load system for smooth patient handling. The ambulance also features Liquid Spring Suspension for a more comfortable ride and an ergonomically designed, safety-focused interior that ensures the best care for patients.

This marks the second Wheeled Coach Type 1 ambulance in Summit, and we're proud to continue supporting the department in their mission to provide top-tier emergency medical services to the community. It's always a pleasure working with such dedicated professionals who prioritize both safety and efficiency.
