The Hanjiang Logistics (Industrial) Park is uniquely positioned by combining local economic strengths and integrating both industrial and agricultural logistics. Located at the exit of the Tenman Expressway’s Double Building Gate, it is adjacent to the Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Production Base and major Dongfeng Company facilities. To the east lies the Maojian Dongfeng Industrial Park, while to the north is the Changling Industrial Park in Jixian County. Major roads such as National Highway 209, Hanjiang Road, Zhejiang Road, Kaixuan Avenue, and Beijing Road all pass through the area. Additionally, several state-planned highways are set to converge here, further enhancing its connectivity.
As global economic integration accelerates, the logistics industry is becoming an essential engine for urban economic development. Zhang Xuehua, Mayor of Zhangwan District, highlighted that the park has more than 10,000 acres of land available for development. More importantly, it hosts the largest wholesale markets for vegetables, seafood, aquatic products, and poultry. Major logistics enterprises, including the Dongfeng Supply Warehouse Center, Jiukang Food Storage Center, People's Shopping Center, and Feida Transportation Company, have contributed to the park's growth and strength. When planning the Hanjiang Logistics (Industrial) Park, the district focused on the potential of industrial chains and established a vision for a modern logistics park with a “one district, multiple parks†model, covering business services, automotive logistics, emerging industries, and integrated logistics.
Although the logistics industry is still in its early stages, Zhangwan has made remarkable progress. In just two years, several key projects like Yannong Boyuan, the Shiyan Expressway Bus Terminal, Jiukang Food Processing Base, Huanghai Hongzhi Dongfeng Logistics Center, and Zhongyi Farmers’ Market have been introduced. Over 10 logistics and industrial projects have entered the area. To ensure smooth operations, the park has prioritized infrastructure development, including water, electricity, and road networks. Additionally, 12 preferential policies, such as land transfer fee rebates, reduced administrative fees, and priority project approvals, have been implemented to attract businesses.
Several major logistics projects, including Fengshen Logistics Shiyan Automobile Industrial Logistics Park, Qingdao Haigan Logistics Center, Shennong Chinese Herbal Medicine Wholesale Center, Jinqi Pharmaceutical Wholesale Market, and Shoukang Logistics Processing Park, have already expressed interest in investing. The Hanjiang Logistics (Industrial) Park is now shaping up to become a hub integrating marine products, aquatic goods, fruit wholesale, refrigeration, and livestock and poultry logistics. Soon, Kaixuan Avenue and Zhejiang Road will be open for traffic, further enhancing connectivity.
With seamless links to the city and the Dongfeng industry, the park benefits from high levels of human, logistics, and financial activity. It serves as a gateway to Shaanxi, Henan, and Hebei, drawing in traffic, people, logistics, and information flows. Its influence extends nationwide, connecting domestic and international supply chains.
