The Hanjiang Logistics (Industrial) Park is strategically positioned to combine local economic strengths and integrate the logistics of both industrial and agricultural products. Located at the exit of the Tenman Expressway Double Building Gate, it is adjacent to the Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Production Base and major Dongfeng Company facilities. It also borders the Maojian Dongfeng Industrial Park to the east and the Changling Industrial Park in Jixian County to the north. Major roads such as State Highway 209, Hanjiang Road, Zhejiang Road, Kaixuan Avenue, and Beijing Road pass through the area, while several state-planned highways will converge here in the future.

Companies like the Dongfeng Supply Warehouse Center, Jiukang Food Storage Center, People's Shopping Center, and Feida Transportation have significantly contributed to the park’s growth. When planning the Hanjiang Logistics (Industrial) Park, the district focused on the potential of industrial chains. Thus, the development direction was set as a modern logistics (industrial) park with a "one district and multiple parks" model, covering business services, automotive logistics, emerging industries, and integrated logistics.
The growth of the logistics industry is akin to raising a newborn—it requires time, care, and steady progress. However, in just two years, Zhangwan has introduced several key projects, including Yannong Boyuan, Shiyan Expressway Bus Terminal, Jiukang Food Processing Base, Huanghai Hongzhi Dongfeng Large General Logistics Center, and Zhongyi Farmers’ Market. Over 10 logistics and industrial projects have been brought into the area. To ensure that businesses can enter, stay, and thrive, the park has invested in infrastructure such as water, electricity, and road networks. Additionally, 12 preferential policies, including land transfer fee returns, reduced administrative fees, priority project approvals, and interest-subsidy programs, have been implemented to attract investors.
Several companies, such as Fengshen Logistics Shiyan Automobile Industrial Logistics Park, Qingdao Haigan Logistics Center, Shennong Chinese Herbal Medicine Wholesale Center, Jinqi Pharmaceutical Wholesale Market, and Shoukang Logistics Processing Park, have already signed investment agreements. The park is now developing a logistics complex that integrates marine products, aquatic goods, fruit wholesale, refrigeration, and livestock and poultry processing. Soon, Kaixuan Avenue and Zhejiang Road will be open to traffic.
With convenient connections to the city and the Dongfeng industry, the park benefits from high levels of human, logistics, and financial flow.
